We are less than 24 hours from the conclusion of the 2nd annual Who’s The Big Cheese and I still can’t wrap my head around all that happened. We had 1 point matches, pins, last second takedowns and upsets! The Big Cheese was bananas and I’m here to catch you up on some of the most exciting bouts!
The night kicked off with heavyweights Grant Stromberg and Vanden Hoffman battling it out in a one takedown match. Stromberg might earn the title of biggest cheese because he not only took out Hoffman 3-1 in match one you had a big ole cheesy grin as he took out State Champion Evan Gratz in the second match by major decision 10-2. Things were close until Stromberg hit a double overs throw on the edge to pick up a takedown and back points. Stromberg quite literally stayed in bounds by a toe. He then iced his match with a slick high crotch takedown.
